WHAT THIS ACTUALLY DOES

Trucking company website design in Vancouver, WA

A carrier site has one job that pays for itself, and it is not looking impressive. It is filling seats.

A driver application form, not a phone number

CDL class, endorsements, years of experience, accident history, what they haul, when they can start. Structured fields, so you can compare six applicants without reading six emails. It works on a phone with gloves on.

Applications reach you right away

Not a form that quietly emails an address nobody checks. The application lands in your inbox right away, with everything the driver typed, ready to answer from the cab or the yard. If you later want an automatic text back to the driver, we will scope that separately: it needs a dedicated number and carrier registration, and we will tell you honestly what it costs before you commit.

Leased owner operators and company drivers are different pages

A driver leasing their own truck on to you and a company driver want different things and compare different numbers. One page for percentage and fuel discounts, one for cents per mile and home time. Sending both to the same page loses both.

It works at a truck stop

Bad signal, old phone, one hand. We build it light: real text, small images, big buttons, nothing heavy to download, because that is where your applicant actually is when they decide to apply or move on.

WHY US SPECIFICALLY

We can talk to your drivers, not just to you.

A large part of the trucking community around Portland and Vancouver runs in Russian and Ukrainian. We write back in both, plus English, Spanish, Polish and French. That means your dispatcher does not have to translate for us, and a driver who is more comfortable in Russian is not filtered out by an application form nobody explained to them.

It also means the person you talk to about the project is the person building it. There is no account manager between you and the work.

Straight answer: no trucking site in our portfolio yet.

We are open about it rather than showing you someone else's work. The starter price is $1,170 instead of $1,600 for our first ten clients, and a carrier that lets us show the finished driver form is exactly the kind of project we want. Ask us what that is worth on your job before you decide anything.

QUESTIONS FROM CARRIERS

Fair questions

Can I answer a few questions instead of filling in a form?

Yes. The free website checkup asks up to four short questions, one at a time, and a person at PNW Boost reads every answer.

We are a three truck operation. Is this overkill?

No, and it is usually the opposite. A small carrier competes for the same drivers as a fleet of eighty and loses them on response time, not on pay. A form and a fast answer is exactly where a small operation can beat a big one.

We already advertise on job boards. Why a site?

Because a driver who sees your board ad will look you up before applying. Right now they find nothing, or a page from 2016. The site is what turns a listing into an application.

Can you handle DOT numbers, safety ratings and compliance pages?

Yes, and we will put your USDOT and MC numbers where a driver expects to find them. We are not consultants on compliance itself: we present what you tell us, accurately.

Do you write in Russian or Ukrainian?

Yes, both. Write in whichever you prefer, pick that language in the form, and the reply comes back in it. Also English, Spanish, Polish and French.

Tell us how many seats you are trying to fill.
